Information about time, place, and items is posted on the official website of the program. If the athlete is unable to pick up the competition items in person, another person may be authorized to pick them up according to the instructions on the program’s website.
  2. Participants must provide a photo ID and confirmation email (which can be in electronic format (telephone), or hard copy) upon arrival to pick up the race-kit to authenticate the registrant and corresponding BIB number.
  3. Runners are responsible for ensuring that the timing device attached to the BIB number is worn correctly throughout the race.
  4. Runners will not receive the race kit after the allotted time. The organizer assumes no responsibility for athletes who arrive to pick up the race kit after the allotted time, nor for any loss, damage, or misplacement they may cause. To ensure fairness, the organizer will not extend the race kit distribution time or ensure that all athletes receive the race kit. The organizer will handle items not received during the above time at its sole discretion.

PRINCIPLES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE RACE

  1. Competition date
  2. Participants must follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee including track staff, volunteers, medical staff, and security staff during the event.
  3. Throughout the event, all Runners should behave professionally, civilly, and politely. Any individual who breaches this code of conduct will face immediate disqualification from the event and removal from the track.
  4. Athletes must attach a competition identification number (BIB) to the front of the apparel. Runners who do not carry BIB will not be allowed on the track.
  5. Pets, bicycles, skateboards, strollers, shoes with rollers, or other items with wheels are not allowed to be used or carried on the track except in vehicles or ambulances of the Organizer.
  6. The Organizer (Sen Vang Trading Advertising Joint Stock Company) reserves the right to use photos, videos, or other forms of recording (including recording images of runners at the event) for promotional items of the Strong Vietnam Marathon 2024 (including in subsequent years). Participating athletes have agreed to confirm this provision in the program registration section.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to restrict or deny entry to this event to anyone.
  8. In force majeure conditions (epidemics, natural disasters, fires, politics, etc.), the Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel any competition distance and notify athletes in advance.
  9. The Organizer shall not be liable for any disputes resulting from Runners’ failure to complete the registration information correctly.
  10. Starting point
  11. All runners are responsible for learning and remembering the start time of each distance of the race and their start time. All runners must be present at the specified time to be guided by the Organizing Committee with necessary information and participate in the race.
  12. Before the tournament begins, runners must determine their running points. We will ask any runners who attempt to enter a running point that is not theirs to start after all other runners have crossed the starting line.
