Please read the following terms carefully before using online payment services: By accessing this part of the website, you agree to our terms of use. These terms may change from time to time, and you will be subject to the terms displayed from the time you read them. We are continually striving to give our customers the best quality of service. Here are some guidelines for online ticket payment policies.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

1. Payment method:

– Bank transfer (within 24 hours, if not paid, the order will self-cancel)

If you encounter any issues during the checkout process that result in a failed payment, you can contact info@strongvietnam.com for assistance. If the payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not make timely adjustments, it may result in a change affecting your purchase.

We employ a third-party payment service provider to make it easier for you to use your payment method. Your payment terms may be determined by an agreement between you and your financial institution, credit or debit card company, or another provider of your chosen payment method.

You will be responsible for resolving any dispute with your chosen payment method’s financial institution, credit or debit card issuer, or other provider.

2.Taxes:

You agree that your fees are subject to all applicable taxes, tax liabilities, fees, charges, and/or expenses, however effective, and related to any taxes imposed at any time in the future. You commit to exerting all necessary efforts and complying with all applicable laws to enable, support, and/or defend us in the event that we need to claim, impose, rebate, or refund any taxes associated with the services.

3.Payment time:

You must complete the payment within 24 hours from the time of registration. After this time, the order will not be accepted (purchase failed).

4. Refund or exchange policy.

Website Strongvietnam.com apply the No Refund/No Return Policy: Purchased transactions are non-refundable, and we won’t issue a refund or credit for any partial or unused use unless you can provide us with solid proof that your bill was incorrect.

We only issue refunds in cases where your account has been debited and the deducted funds are transferred to our account, but our system does not record your booking, and you do not receive confirmation of a successful booking. At that time, please contact us via info@strongvietnam.com.

After checking the customer’s information regarding the unsuccessful transaction, the reimbursement time will vary depending on the type of account used.

5.Booking confirmation letters and messages

Within successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your paid ticket details via the email address you provided. We are not responsible if the information about the email address or mobile phone number you enter is incorrect, resulting in our confirmation letter not being received. Please double-check this information before making a payment.

If you want assistance or have any concerns or complaints concerning the ticket code confirmation letter, please contact info@strongvietnam.com. We only take complaints via email. We will not fix any issues that arise 60 minutes after the successful payment transaction. In other words, we will not settle any complaints after the above deadline.

We do not assist with processing and will not be liable in the event that a ticket code confirmation letter has been sent to your email address, but for any reason you are unable to attend the show or race.

Booking confirmation emails can end up in your spam folder, so please check them before contacting us.

6.Get tickets:

Please double-check your online, e-mail, and/or mobile confirmations carefully, as they will provide you with important information to receive tickets for the event, show, or race for which you have registered. Please note your booking reference, registration confirmation email, and successful payment when you pick up your identification number at our code distribution location. Upon your arrival at the ID number issuance location, follow the signs indicating your current distance. Additionally, you must bring your photo ID, such as an ID card, student card, or passport. When you make a payment through this website, you acknowledge and accept the identification number we provide. You agree that, in the event of changes in the program, event, race, or force majeure, we reserve the right to refund any tickets purchased through this website or make ticket transfers to you via another event or program at your request and Strong Vietnam’s availability.

LIABILITY

Strong Vietnam and our suppliers provide all services, information, content, tools, products (including software) displayed on their website and related products in compliance with our operating regulations, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You agree that your use of services, information, content, tools, and products at Strong Vietnam or displayed on the website, as well as related products, is at your own risk. Strong Vietnam and Sen Vang Advertising Commercial Joint Stock Company do not warrant any services, information, content, tools, or related products displayed on the website by Strong Vietnam. The Strong Vietnam Server and communication messages sent from Strong Vietnam do not contain viruses or any harmful agents for you. Unless otherwise noted in writing, Strong Vietnam and Sen Vang Advertising Commercial Joint Stock Company disclaim liability for any damages arising from the use of Strong Vietnam’s services, information, content, tools, and products displayed on the website and related products of Strong Vietnam or Sen Vang Advertising Commercial Joint Stock Company.

If any laws, and statutory provisions promulgated by the Government contradict any provisions of the warranty and liability disclaimer, such provisions shall not apply to you.
